Hey, thanks for dropping by. You've reached the "official" home page of Michael O'Connell (my lawyers are currently at work getting the unofficial fan sites shut down. Hate to be that way about it, but you've got to protect your interests, you know?). This is just a place for me to share a little about myself, about the things I enjoy, and my thoughts on everything from movies to music to religion to basketball to whatever's on my mind. And, going on the assumption that anyone actually cares what I think, I've made it all available to you. You lucky dog.

So here's how you get around on this site, and where to find stuff. See those buttons up on the left? "Home", "Who I Am", and what not? Those are your main links. If you click one, you'll find that there are sub-categories under each. I tried to make the location of stuff as intuitive as possible.

WHO I AM contains mainly stuff pertaining to me and my life...biographical stuff, beliefs, people in my life, and such.

WHAT I DIG pertains to things that I enjoy. Here you'd find areas about music, film, TV, stuff like that. Try to dig around, as sub-categories may have sub-categories of their own.

PHOTORAMA is pretty much what it sounds like. It's a place for pics. Pics will be sprinkled throughout other sections, too, but the bulk will be here.

EXPOSITION is where I'm liable to rant. Random essays on a variety of issues will pop up. Maybe I'll even put some fiction up here just for kicks.

MISC is pretty much what it sounds like, too. This is where stuff goes that doesn't fit, or easily fit, into the other categories.

LINKAGE is a place for links to other web pages. Some will be my own, some will be sites of people I know, some will be sites I use a lot, and others just sites I've discovered that you may enjoy. Take a browse and see what's out there.

WHAT'S NEW? is the place you can come to and see what's been added recently. This way when you drop back by (and you know you'll come back often!) you won't have to go digging around through the stuff you've already seen to get to the stuff you haven't.
